About

Therapy moves us toward healing through a relationship that is uniquely safe, trusting, and collaborative. I believe that this is crucial for those of us who have experienced hardship, and struggle to live fully and authentically. Together, we will examine the sources of harm— from your immediate family system to your broader social environment— that have kept you from deeper feeling and connection. When we encounter thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs that feel rigid, we will explore these resistances with great care.

The therapeutic space is one in which you can speak freely, without fear of judgment. Together, we will give meaning to experiences that have deeply affected you. This work can be challenging as we approach painful emotions and confront the patterns in which we are stuck. Yet, it is my hope that, through curiosity and openness, the most persistent barriers to growth may lessen over time. At our own pace, we will uncover the freest and fullest version of you.

Survival often means closing oneself off to pain and joy alike; therapy gives us a chance to revisit the experiences that have made us feel incomplete. We will find clarity, acceptance, and transformation through our patient, deliberate work. It will be my distinct privilege to accompany you as we cultivate lasting change.
