About
Reaching out for help is not an easy thing to do as it takes absolute courage, so just being here right now is a big step! Walking through life unseen and unheard can be painful and traumatic, so it is my intention for your voice to be heard here. I consider it an honor to be allowed into your deepest thoughts and feelings, and together we will process your life experiences with dignity and compassion. Using respect, warmth, and unconditional support, we will explore and understand your past and present, as well as your inner space together.
Having an international and multicultural background, I will work collaboratively with you to help you figure out your social, cultural, and gender identities. Without judgments or expectations, we will co-create a safe and open space where you can explore who you are and how to move closer to your ideal state. I will use empathy, kindness, and clinical knowledge to help you process your life experiences in order to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life!
I believe that, with therapy, we will develop a better understanding of ourselves and a more significant relief from the things that hinder our healing and success. Please contact me so that we can talk more about how therapy can help you!
