About
Whether you want to make a change in your life or are recovering from life events which have already changed you, my aim is to support the transformational processes that are taking place in you. Change can be daunting or painful, and it can also open up the possibility of living more fully and feeling more real. Together, we will explore the meaning that things have for you and learn to attend to the parts of you that have not been in a position to surface before.
I facilitate change through expansion and reorientation around what is, at a deeper level, known. My approach to this is informed by psychoanalytic practices of non-judgment and self-interpretation. I am driven by delight in what surfaces when judgment is suspended and the free-play of ideas is enabled. I aim to create a space in which you can speak freely and through which we can develop a practice of encountering and learning from what surfaces for you.
