About

Life can be hard. Often, we feel a lack of control over our current circumstances. I believe that having a consistent, supportive space to work through life’s struggles, transitions, and relationship dynamics can be immensely valuable. My counseling style has been described as warm, caring, and pragmatic. I spend time getting to know my clients, working to understand who they are as individuals in order to develop a solid working relationship.

I honor the expertise that each individual wields over their own lives while offering a different perspective. Informed by experience and research, I aim to both support and thoughtfully challenge my clients. We live in a busy world. I value my clients’ time, placing importance on setting goals and using the therapeutic space to work toward positive, impactful development. My work focuses on the evolution of one’s thought patterns, behaviors, and modes of self-expression over time.

I have a background in the arts and understand the unique pressures that come from working in demanding, creative fields. As a mother, I appreciate the challenges of parenting and am available to support caregivers in all stages of their family journeys. Whatever the story, I meet clients where they’re at, working together to build skills, create new narratives, and bring about meaningful change.
