About
We often feel misunderstood, which can perpetuate our cycles of suffering and isolate us from others. These cycles make it difficult and complicated to process our own feelings, life experiences, and relationships. Therapy is a useful tool for gaining insight into ourselves and bringing awareness to what lies underneath these cycles.
I aim to support you by offering a safe and nonjudgmental space for honesty, open expression, and introspection. Together, we will work on developing an attunement to your feelings to foster resilience and greater well-being.
In therapy, I invite you to develop a curiosity and compassion towards your inner experiences, as well as the past experiences informing them. My goal in working with you is to form a therapeutic relationship where you can move towards a greater sense of fulfillment and facilitate long-lasting positive changes.
Please reach out if you have any questions or if you’d like to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
