About
We are all deeply influenced by our past. If left unexamined, the past has a stubborn tendency to adversely affect our present life. By examining our past in therapy, it becomes possible to live more freely in the present and expand our future possibilities.
I am a native Chicagoan interested in working with adults across various ages, backgrounds, and identities who struggle with a wide array of issues. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach strongly grounded in psychodynamic theory. My aim is to help my clients achieve their health, career, educational, and relationship goals in the context of a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment that fosters trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Prior to interning at Depth Counseling, I have had previous clinical experience volunteering at Crisis Text Line.
Even though I consider counseling to be my vocation, I continue to pursue my other passion as a classically trained singer on the side. I also enjoy traveling, going to the gym, watching sports, and spending time with my family and friends.
I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance. If you are interested in potentially working with me, we can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit. It would be an honor and privilege to assist you on your therapeutic journey towards greater health, self-awareness, and life satisfaction.
