About
My therapeutic approach begins with developing trust and a sense of safety and support. I am committed to working collectively through a client-centered lens, understanding you are the expert of your lived experience. I aim to guide in a collaborative journey towards self-healing, growth, acceptance and/or change.
With a personal background in recurrent pregnancy loss and infertility, my primary objective is to create a nurturing environment, one that is a safe space to explore and discuss any thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Beyond that, I hope to connect with the many parts within you from early childhood/adulthood that may be influencing how you engage with yourself and the world around you. Our therapeutic relationship will be one of curiosity and never judgment.
If it seems I may be a fit, I invite you to please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. It would be a privilege to accompany you on this journey.
