About
I work with each person to help them uncover and articulate their capacities for commitments to themselves, their worlds, and their own actions and thoughts. I offer a non-judgmental and collaborative environment where our conversations will help you to recognize how you find meaning and wonder in your life. An exploration of each person’s singular resonance, enjoyment, distress, challenges, and attachments can lead to transformative experiences in showing up in the world anew. My approach to therapy is informed by psychodynamic principles and seeks to hold the incredible variation of emotional life with committed attention and engagement. I believe the unique mutuality of therapeutic encounters are extended exercises in joy, seriousness, humor, curiosity, levity, play, trust, and patience.
