About
Each person I have the honor of working with allows me into their life in a unique way that I value and consistently strive to gain greater humility from.
I think that being Seen & Heard without judgement, and feeling truly cared for, is essential for therapy to be healing. That is why I prioritize the establishment of a safe, affirming, and honestly inclusive space for exploring the psyche through the lens in which you view your sense of Self and lived experiences.
From here, it is my intention to walk alongside you on a path of continual discovery of what being authentic in this expression of self means for you and to your relationship with others.
While I work with all kinds of people, I specialize in working with adults, teens, and couples that identify as: creatives, Transgender, LGBTQIA+, Trauma survivors, and/or those who have trauma-related lived experiences with Religion/Spirituality.
My approach is holistic, mindful, intentional, and creative; with a willingness to be with you exactly as you are. I strongly believe depth, insight, freedom, and healing occur within the long-term relational experience in Psychoanalysis. Thus, I value building long-term relationships with my patients, and find it best to honor this by meeting together 1-2x/week.
