About

I believe that each individual has the power to become a whole and integrated person. I am a strong advocate of psychotherapy and my life experience and work in the field have led me to firmly believe that true healing is possible through a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship.

I am committed to co-creating a safe and authentic space in which my patients can explore and navigate various difficulties and discover the power of healing within themselves through the therapeutic relationship. Guiding and walking side by side with my patients and being able to see their growth, commitment, and resilience, brings me a sense of joy, fulfilment, and an unquestionable passion for my work.

I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and all ages. I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents as well as multiple presenting concerns and diagnoses. Although I believe that my role in the room is often dictated by the patient’s needs, I conceptualise patients through a systemic and multicultural lens, as it is of my belief that all individuals are part of a whole.

I am a Mexican born therapist, and I am a fully bilingual therapist and offer services in English and Spanish.
