About
I believe we are deeply influenced by our early experiences, as well as our past and present relationships. Yet no matter what we have been though, all of us possess the power to forge a new path in life. We must explore our past in order to move forward.
I am committed to providing a safe, judgment-free space for all people. My approach to therapy acknowledges the effects of generational trauma, structural racism, and the fluidity of gender roles.
Therapy requires mutual trust between therapist and client so I believe authenticity and honesty is my obligation. I do not presume to have all the answers; but I truly believe we can find them, together.
