About
I believe therapy is an opportunity to slow down, become curious, and make sense of the experiences that have shaped who we are and continue to influence how we navigate the present. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory and guided by collaboration and compassion. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment, knowing that growth happens through trust and connection. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and support you as we uncover patterns, build on your strengths, and move toward the changes that feel most meaningful to you.
I work with individuals, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered in their healing. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
