About
There is power and relief in living within your true self. Our defenses have a purpose, a purpose that once served us, but may now cause more trouble than protection. The therapy space allows us to safely engage with these defenses to understand ourselves, in the pursuit of balance. As a therapist, I am direct and open minded. I want to explore who you are, while also fostering curiosity about and within yourself.
You are an important partner in this work and I hope to co-create a space where we can lean into creativity, freedom, authenticity, and fluidity. We all have a colorful story, and a colorful mind, and I am honored and excited to see the world through your lens. It is my experience that this process IS the healing.
I believe the therapist-client relationship can act as a guard rail in life — something to orient to, hold on to, and contain within. I do not pretend to have the answers, but I am looking forward to finding them with you.
