About
Therapy is a space where we are invited to be present with all of ourselves, including the parts we don’t want to see. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is where the power of healing lies. I show up with warmth, humor, authenticity and complete acceptance and non-judgment. Together we will create an environment where it feels safe to put words to what had previously seemed impossible to say out loud.
I believe that most present-day mental suffering stems from unconscious patterns that were developed in childhood. Together we will begin to explore how these patterns came to be, how they were protecting you, and what other patterns are available to you now. While I am excited to work with people from all backgrounds and experiences, I have special interest in working with people part of the LGBTQ+ and/or polyamorous communities, people struggling with their relationship to substances, and people struggling in dating and/or romantic relationships.
