About
Self-exploration can be an intimidating task. I have the honor of accompanying my clients on such journeys, and collaborate with clients to develop a fuller understanding of themselves. I provide an honest, respectful and non-judgmental space for such reflection, in which we can sort through the elements of life that are difficult, whether that is a result of anxiety, depression, trauma, questions of gender or sexuality, grief, body issues, life transitions, illness or other difficulties. Through such work, I hope to foster authentic growth, change and lasting relief for my clients.
I am a graduate of the University of Chicago SSA, and responsibly integrate humanistic, psychodynamic, feminist relational and behavioral theories, as well as neuroscientific thought to meet the diverse needs of my clients. Finding the right therapist can be difficult, and I am available to answer questions about the process.
