About

It can be difficult to navigate the harm either caused by us or to us by the individuals, communities, and systems that play a role in our lives. In my work, I incorporate insight, nonjudgmental observation, humor, and curiosity to create an atmosphere where patients can deepen their understanding of themselves and begin to address this harm safely. To help you along the way, I offer an affirming, collaborative space that allows for spontaneity and authenticity to emerge in our sessions.

While most of my past experience has been working with queer/trans and immigrant youth, I welcome any person struggling with feelings of shame, guilt, hopelessness, and fear to reach out. I believe anyone willing to explore and understand the depths of their suffering can also explore and expand their capacity for joy. Together, we can engage in the deep and difficult work necessary to learn how you can lead a life with a greater sense of freedom, fluidity and fulfillment.

Whether you are trying therapy out for the first time or transferring therapists, it is my hope that together, we can honor your past, recognize where you are at now, and move towards where you wish to grow.

I look forward to meeting you.
