About
At times we can experience pain, suffering, and troubles with coping and relationships. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or unsure why things don’t feel quite right. At any point, we have the opportunity to help ourselves, discover who we are, and find where we want to go. Engaging in therapy is a courageous act, and I believe therapy offers a place for true growth and transformation. Long-lasting and meaningful change will take time, but there is hope and possibility for a way forward. A strong and trusting therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is the vehicle in which this change and healing can occur.
In therapy, you will have the opportunity to learn about the sources of your pain and suffering, express and process what is feeling difficult, identify your needs and desires, and explore your relationship with yourself and others. Therapy is also a space where you can feel heard and seen, formulate new narratives, and come to understand and know yourself.
Engaging in this process can feel hard and vulnerable, and I will support and partner with you along the way. I am deeply passionate about my work, and I strive to meet you where you are with curiosity and respect. Whether you are new to therapy or have some experience with it before, I invite you to reach out to see if we are a good fit.
