About
As your therapist, I aim to create a secure and nurturing environment where we can freely address your fears, feelings, and concerns. This mutual reflection is of central importance because it is our collaborative efforts that most likely ensure the success of our therapeutic journey. It is through fostering this space of reciprocal trust and vulnerability that we can progress together toward your growth and healing. I’m here to guide you through this transformative process and empower you to find the strength and resilience within yourself to continue your development.
My practice is inclusive by design as I work with people from various populations and across the lifespan. We all develop patterns, but sometimes we outgrow these rituals. During our time together, we will deconstruct such unhelpful behaviors by discussing your past and present, ultimately figuring out how to get past these defenses.
I understand that the idea of starting therapy can feel awkward and uncomfortable. I commend you for taking this first step. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space for our work wherein you can freely explore your stressors, triggers, and emotions. My goal is to help you navigate these challenges and empower you to overcome them.
