About
I believe that therapy can help people to make profound and lasting changes in their lives. Whether you are going through a big transition, wrestling with difficult emotions, or just feeling stuck, therapy can be a space for you to talk through what is happening and to build toward a happier and more fulfilling way of living.
My approach to therapy is based in warmth, empathy, and careful listening. My goal is to build a relationship of safety and trust with you. This relationship is unique, grounded in your needs and experiences. Together, we can become curious about the roots of what’s troubling you and find a way forward to a richer, more satisfying life.
If this approach sounds like a good fit for you, I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
