About
I strongly believe that profound and meaningful change can occur within a genuine and trusting relationship. As a therapist, I strive to build a welcoming partnership with my clients over time, in which you can feel safe to verbalize and explore your experiences. My goal is to help you creatively consider your emotions and difficulties, and to enhance your own unique understanding of who you are both internally as well as in your relationships. I work in a reflective and supportive style, and offer collaborative input into your growth and awareness as you expand your self-knowledge and self-compassion.
