About
Life is a journey. My therapeutic approach is to accompany people with care and compassion on their journeys through self-discovery, exploring conscious and unconscious experiences and emotions at their own pace. I view psychoanalysis as sacred soul work, and that each of us is invited on this path of individuation seeking healing and wholeness.
Whether you’re struggling with aspects of your identity, relationships, or vocation, therapy can be a place to examine the complexities of all that you have to navigate in life. Our work together will include deepening your relationship with yourself, especially through challenging life transitions and personal growth. Cultivating love and care of self can also lead to more authentic relationships with others. We will creatively uncover meaningful insights from your past and present to guide you on your journey. Let’s talk and see if we’re a good fit.
