About
We as humans are social creatures. Our relationships, past and present, have brought us to where we are today. If you feel unhappy with where you are, and maybe confused about how you got there, psychotherapy can help you chart a new course.
Therapy is a space where we can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s beneath the surface of their troubles, whatever they may be. My approach is grounded in the belief that real change begins with openness and honesty: with ourselves and with each other. I encourage clients to bring their unfiltered selves into the room, and I support them in facing the things they find hard to name or feel.
My background is in research, and I bring that same curiosity about the world to my work with clients. It is my aim to create a space where clients can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and more importantly, begin to make progress towards the life they want and deserve.
