It takes incredible courage and insight to begin therapy. It may be difficult to ask for help, but it is an important step to take when we’re not okay. Whether you are experiencing symptoms, having a difficult time, or just needing a non-judgmental environment to express yourself, therapy is beneficial. We need to take care of ourselves mentally on a regular basis just as we would our physical health. If there are symptoms present, my goal is to assist in all areas of concern you may have. By building a therapeutic relationship, we can work together to find the root of the issue and start the process of working through it. You will have a sense of autonomy to decide where the sessions go and what you would like to share. We will work at your own pace. I hope to create a safe space and a trusting alliance for our journey together.
Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
