About
I believe you already have what you need for healing and growth; my job is to help you access it. That means creating the conditions that support the journey you’re already on, even if it’s unclear at this moment. We’ll cultivate trust, recognition, and encouragement so you can explore who you are with curiosity and courage.
My approach draws on psychodynamic work, looking at how patterns from childhood continue to shape your life today, alongside behavioral approaches such as DBT and ACT. Together, we’ll practice noticing rather than reacting to thoughts, assess your current coping strategies, explore alternative ways of responding, and choose actions aligned with your goals, values, and commitments.
I work with people navigating all relationships, including couples looking to understand themselves and their partner in a new way. I also work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and love or internet addiction.
I bring training from yoga and meditation. Please reach out if you would like to connect and see if we might be a good fit to work together.
