It can be difficult to address the harm either caused by us or to us by the individuals, communities, and systems that play a role in our lives. In my work, I incorporate insight, nonjudgmental observation, humor, and curiosity to create an atmosphere where patients can deepen their understanding of themselves and begin to address this harm safely. While most of my work has centered around queer and immigrant youth, I welcome any person of any age struggling with feelings of loneliness, confusion, shame, guilt, hopelessness, and fear. Together, we can engage in the deep and difficult work necessary to learn how you can lead a life with greater freedom, fluidity and fulfillment in your future.
